Excellence through dedication
”The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he’s always doing both.”
James A. Michener
I think that to be really good at something, one has to be in love with it. The amount of dedication and time it takes to be a master is simply not possible to muster without a love for it.
I love what I do, that is also why I can put all I have/all I am into it. This is why I’m always driven to achieve more in less time, its the progress that I am in love with!
